Am i the only that finds pointless gifs in siggies a pain in the rectal region ?

Can there be some kind of limit  on sigs ... like NO gifs  ?    Just asking.  Bit grumpy, i know

I have a Firefox extension called uBlock Origin. Whenever I see an animated gif on this site (or indeed any other, but this one does seem to be a particularly bad offender), 3 mouse clicks is all it takes to never see it again.

uBlock Origin is also available for Chrome.

I'll have a look at that SP.  I use Firefox so sounds like it could be useful

There is an option on your profile to hide signatures , I guess you won’t see anyone’s  sig at all , but it will hide the gifs .

I'm on a mobile mostly so don’t see sigs at all

Yup i have the option, but some people have sales in their sigs as well  as in the FS forums,  which can be  quite handy

I have a policy of hiding any signature that occupies more vertical space their typical post.

Never seen one. I'm assuming they must just be on the desktop version of the site? I only ever use mobile.
