ambient
I had this email from Amazon earlier. I had one of these, I can’t honestly remember what I did with it though. Any users of this who’ve bought them used best check on the website in the link. 😊 Hello, We've received information from the manufacturer, Diago, that the Diago Micropower9 PS10 universal pedal power supply 9V DC 1000mA up to 10 pedals, purchased in your Amazon.co.uk order, may be unsafe for use due to the potential risk of fire. More details on which units are affected and what you should do can be found in the following notification: https://www.formpl.us/form/5262074688045056 Edited March 16, 2018 by ambient 1
MuddBass
Has anyone had a new unit sent to them yet? I did the online form etc and have heard nothing back at all. The landline number on their website is disconnected and the mobile number goes straight to answer phone. I'm gigging in Poole soon so I might pop by and see if the business is actually still open. Gottastopbuyinggear
I had a pretty quick response to an email so I think all is probably well. They said they were still waiting for replacement units.
arthurhenry
I spoke to the retailer from which I purchased mine and was given the strong impression (although they obviously didn't state this explicitly) That I shouldn't worry.
MuddBass
FYI - the Diago website says "Sorry, this website is now closed"
