[/quote] No there the 60's alnico NJ4's. Im aware they do an enamel wind 70's spec. The bass has a 70's tone to my ears. Probably the 70's spacing helps. Ive had the split coils before, and these are much more of an open aggressive tone. being a single coil of course.
