£725

For sale/trade:

Bogart Blackstone, made in Germany,
Great bass, but I've recently became the owner of another lovely active jazz bass,
and one is enough for me at the moment.

Bartolini pickups, Noll preamp, graphite semi-headless neck,
Schaller straplocks. Beautiful silver finish.
Weight is 4.2 kg

Fretboard is showing some wear and the body is missing some lacquer at
some places (see pictures). Nevertheless it plays great and sounds awesome.

Comes with a worn old scruffy but functional hardcase. :)

[s]£725[/s] TRADED

UK/EU shipping included.

I prefer a straight sale, but trade with another bass could be interesting also.

Totally agreed, these are great basses and great value for the money! I also own a Bogart, an old one, made in '91 I guess. Bought it here on BC, and it's been my main bass since then. Fits perfectly in any style from metal to jazz and always receives compliments from soundmen :) GLWTS!

Crikey, that's so cool. So it has 2 sets of tuners?
No, the keys on the headstock are for clamming the strings. The real tuners are on the bridge, like the headless basses. B)

Come on people buy this please, it is staring at me with cute eyes and I really do not need another 4 string Bogart.
That's right . Don't Bogart that Bogart !!

By the way does this come with a case ? What gauges of strings are currently on it ? Thx.

What kind of trades would be of interest to you ?
Would love to trade with a stingray or sterling, or perhaps a tube amp.
But can also be pursuaded for something else.
PM me what you have, please.
