RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 I know how to look into apps/ purchased etc. I purchased an app ( looptastic) . After doing the search, the app disappeared. Gone! I think I paid for it also. I purchased the app about 3 years ago. Has this happened to anyone else ? Could it be an update issue? Copyright issue ? pineweasel Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 An app can be withdrawn from the App Store by the publisher, at which point you can't re-download it, despite previously purchasing it. Dazed Posted February 27, 2016 Share Posted February 27, 2016 I just did a quick search for looptastic and the ITunes store shows this as not being available from the UK site but it is on the US store and to change to that ITunes Store. I thought once you paid/ downloaded, then it is mine. I've sent an email to the wooden support team. I did say that I cannot remember if I paid , although I think I did .
