As I say it's a crap pic the guy was watching me, there are loads of wierd basses in there gonna pop back in the week and take some real pics. Apart from that, there's a zero-fret, & the headstock looks like it [i]might[/i] be made of that odd strip-ply stuff used on early orientals. I'll reserve judgement until Wayne gets better pics - but there were a few odd Vox-branded things around, so anything's possible... Jon. 64fender Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 I have a pre- CBS fender pre. 1964, lovely tone,sunburst finish ( a bit scuffed over the years ) My second bass is a Hayman 4040 from early "70"s good action but very heavy.
