Hofner Violin Bass

I inherited this Bass from My sadly deceased brother, I believe it is a '68 model. I have been using the Bass for a good while and actually gigged it in the early '80s (I was only borrowing it then).

Here she is awaiting a good clean up.

Trip down memory lane.

First bass I owned was a Hofner violin bass - bought in 1978 and it was getting on a bit then. Cost me £45 from a secondhand shop in Leeds. I sold it about 2 years later for £75.

Nice to see it and I hope you get round to getting it road ready again.

Hi Dan, I dont frequent wiganmusic as much as I did, but like to drop in now and then. I am chilling in Costa de la Orrell. Did you catch the Haigh gig I really like the Hicks I think they have the chance to do something Big.
