Wil Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Never used that cab but I always found with the 1212L and 410L I used to own, the more power the better. I had great results using a Sansamp RBI as the preamp and a Crown XL 700 watt power amp. With the 410L that was enough power for an outdoor gig with no PA support and it sounded great. Wil Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 (edited) Oh yeah, also used a Markbass F1 with mine and that was fine for 99% of gigs tbh. I did however find the Tech 21 Landmark 300 head I had was under-powered for both the Schroeders I owned and initially I thought I had a bust speaker. lurksalot Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 I am currently using an ampeg pf500 but previously a warwick profet 3.2 which wasn't quite enough for the bigger gigs , but as a preamp through a Yamaha power amp ( bridged PS3500 ?) sounded quite meaty . Ejb Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 I am currently using Ashdown EVO 500, through this cab I love it, I originally bought the cab to go with my Genz Benz Streamliner but the Ashdown gives far more versitility.
