Musicman20 Posted August 21, 2013 Share Posted August 21, 2013 Sorry not sure....I just cut the bass control to 10 o'clock ish and it seems to do the trick. It's still quite 'full' sounding, much bigger than the Shuttle's without the bass filter. It's a beautiful sounding amp IMO. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

gjones Posted August 21, 2013 Share Posted August 21, 2013 (edited) The other day my brother in law (a guitarist) volunteered to dep on bass, for a local band, and I loaned him my amp. He kept on complaining that up on stage he couldn't hear anything but it sounded great out front. Just goes to show that it's sometimes difficult to be sure how loud you are out front. bertbass Posted August 21, 2013 Share Posted August 21, 2013 (edited) If your cab is between 2 and 8 feet from a boundary, that is a wall, then you will get cancellation of some frequencies. for best bass output stick the cab in a corner if possible.
