I'm just getting back into playing after a long hiatus and want to be doing something pretty heavy. Trying to get a doom metal band going, but not going to be downtuned too far. [/quote] Bloody hell,why didn't I think of that??!! I ended up going for the Peavey Tour TKO. Seems to tick all the boxes I'm looking for. The main thing that put me off the BG250 was its inability to take an extension cab.
