For sale is my Warwick Thumb NT5 from 1991
The bass is stock and in very good condition considering it's age. The only major thing is a nick on the lower part of the body, you can see it on one pic.
The bass has a new set of D'Addario Prims on it since last week, with about 30 minutes playing in it and is well set up..
The bass has a HSC, too.
The bass is in Hungary, will be packed well if shipped.
I'm not active much on this forum but you can check my feedback on Talkbass (Paulhauser), or on ebay (pal267267).

1250 GBP / 1600 EUR, including shipping within EU.

As I have too many basses I vastly prefer sale over trade. This being said, with the right offer I might be ok with trade, too. Here is a list of what's intresting for me (with cash adjustment on either end as per discussion)
- No 4 string basses and no fretless basses thank you.
- 5 string Sadowskys (J)
- 5 sting Sandberg Californias
- 5 string Spector Euros
- 6 string Yamaha TRB P or IIP
- 6 string Ibanez Prestige Soundgears
- 6 string MTD's
- Conklin GTBD7
- 5 string Zon Sonus
- 5 string Modulus Quantums
- 5/ 6 string WW Streamer Stage I/II
- EBS or Aguilar heads (no others, thanks)

Hi I'm interested in this bass. Can I just ask- is the body Bubinga? Are the electronics active? Forgive me if these are silly questions, just not sure about the spec on that age of Thumb. Thanks.

As far as i can tell, it would be a bubinga pommele body, and a 3 band active eq.

My tuppence worth :P; from the photos I think it's a 2 band eq. Tell me if I'm wrong but the firs pots is volume (push pull active passive?), second pot balance and the last stacked pot bass/treble. The body is bubinga, but not the pommele version (it's more swirly) with bubinga stringers in the wenge neck, also with a wenge fret board. The truss rod is a removable one (no neck volute) and I'm guessing here but it's probably running at 9 V. Feel free to correct but it's similar to my 1999 NT 5.
