Hi all

We appeared at Newcastle City Hall in February (Here's the original thread), along with various actors & comedians from the 'Geordie Mafia' ('Auf Wiedersehen Pet' cast, etc.). It was a charity do, and it was filmed for DVD by Geoff Wonfor (Beatles Anthology, The Tube, Band Aid videos). It looks flipping great, even though I say so myself!

I'm using my Maple '73 P, strung with La Bella flats and a Wizard Thumper, and a straight DI from the bass to the desk. Fortunately, the guy who mixed it is a bass player so he took extra special care... I'm very happy with it.

It's only part of a song, as I'll get in trouble if I post any more at the moment :) . The DVD is out in a few weeks...

Youtube Quality setting???? Where's that then?

Edit OK I've found it Don't you just love mystery meat navigation? ...

And how do I stop it looking squashed ? Is there a widescreen option?

Wow, that does make a difference.
Quality option is that little TV screen icon to the right of the "Views: 222" thing. Looks like the squashed thing is because it was uploaded that way, unfortunately - you probably have to jigger the source file first to letterbox it before upload.

I know that song. Pretty cool... love that cowbell!

The fog on the tyne is all mine all mine... the fog on the tyne is all mine! Was it on an advert or something. I can't place how I would have heard it.

Paul gascoigne was on top of the pops with Lindisfarne singing it. that would have been in the late eighties i think.
