reasons to stay and keep healthy as a player

Look after those hands, I've just had to have an operation on my left hand due to problems with carpal tunnel. Haven't been able to play for about 3 months before getting the Op, good news is that the healing time is very quick so should be back in action very soon.

Anyone got any good exercises to help my recovery?
Also any ideas for problems with a tennis elbow injury?
