Herbie The Rad Dorklift Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 I've noticed the past few gigs that my D string is noticeable quieter than the others, and my low B is pretty loud. What could be causing this? I have my EQ relatively flat, with a slight boost on the treble on my bass. My bass is a Sandberg MM2 (dual humbucker, both pickups selected) and the amp is a Markbass Mini CMD121p. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
yorick Posted October 14, 2011 Share Posted October 14, 2011 No real idea of the cause. A suggestion, though. If you still have an old set of strings, try them on the bass again.
