Basszilla Posted March 15, 2008 Share Posted March 15, 2008 Great fuzz. I had the mid switch installed and it sounds fantastic either way. It sounds amazing on both guitar and bass. Loads of low end and vast amounts of fuzz on tap. The tone pot is versatile, sweeping from thick and dark to biting and bright and everything in between. There is a slight scratch on the unit from moving around my pedal board, but other than that it is in great nick. £75 delivered is a fair price for a top pedal. Biggsy Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 (edited) I'm enjoying the one I bought off Kev; The best thing about it IMO is how flexible it is, and how responsive it is to tweaks, even without the 'mid mod'. Its a thick fuzz anyway, rather than an overdrive. I'm currently using a US reissue Muff + a Boss LS-2 to blend it, which sounds great but takes up a lot of pedalboard. If I like this one I can make room for even more pedals!
