[quote name='noelk27' post='1085081' date='Jan 11 2011, 01:11 AM']Made in Japan Aria Pro II Laser Electric Classic, 4-string, 34" (860mm) scale length, 40mm nut width, 18mm pitch. Alder body, with three-piece, bolt-on maple neck, and rosewood touchboard, with graphite nut. MB-III (P-style) and MB-JI (J-style) pickups, with volume control, tone control, three position selector switch, and phase reverse mini toggle switch. Diecast, chromed bridge and mini, enclosed tuners. Finished in black. Tried to highlight the superficial cracks in the paintwork, and chips/nicks in the finish. There's a small nick in the finish of the neck, behind the fourth fret, and the mini toggle switch is a little gritty (probably needing cleaned). Otherwise everything works as it's supposed to. £225, including postage within mainland UK.

[quote name='noelk27' post='1087087' date='Jan 12 2011, 07:23 PM']Made in Japan, Aria Pro II SB600, dating to '85, and manufactured by Matsumoku. Centre block comprising maple and rosewood, with maple wings, and three-piece set neck, with rosewood touchboard, 860mm (34") scale length, 45mm nut width, and 16mm pitch. MB-II double coil pickup, with volume and tone controls, and phase reverse mini toggle switch. Chromed, die-cast bridge and mini, enclosed "APII" branded tuning gear, and brass nut. Finished in gloss back, with natural centre section. £275, including postage within mainland UK.

In fair to good condition aesthetically for a bass that was gigged extensively. Body finish shows a number of marks, but the neck and touchboard are in excellent condition, and frets show very little wear. Pickup and electrics in full working order and all original, except for the mini toggle switch (replaced circa '98). Hardware in full working order and all original, except for the volume and tone knobs (now knurled chrome).

Noel, big respect for your Aria Knowledge.

I have 3 Lasers and an SB600 - Cracking basses.

My Lasers are Passive and still give a big punch.

Have a free bump on me. :)
