drivingbass Posted January 14, 2008 Share Posted January 14, 2008 I played three different models a few weeks ago in a local shop at the behest of the owner (pushy type). Afraid I was unimpressed by the basses and couldn't tell you the names. The necks just didn't "feel" right for me, I can put it no more scientifically, but not one of the three turned on my normally extreme bass gas. My feeling is take away the quirky looks and you've got a very ordinary instrument. Dull sounding and turgid to play. Still whatever rocks your boat.
