2.
This a a song that my friend asked me to play on and we ended up, re-writing a fair amount of it. This is the short version and the final will have proper vocals eventually. I played bass on my Squire Vintage Modified Fretless Jazz and I am quite pleased with the results. So love playing fretless. Anyway, let me know what you think. It was just a bit of fun really but turned out better than we expected.
Hi,i just listened to your track, nice playing, could be more prominent in the mix, double tracking sounds wicked, here's some stuff i double tracked, cheers , d h p. if your interested, my, myspace link is, www.myspace.com/jibberingwillop

  6.
Now for sale or trade. For trades I really want a 'super jazz', ie a Sadowsky or a Sei, preferably a 5 string mode, Marcus Miller jazz. I will consider trades for most quality 5 string basses, Zon, Status, Overwater, MTD, F-Bass, Sadowsky, Sei, Alembic etc. I can add cash if necessary. The bass is in really great condition. It has a fantastic low action, and features an ash body with spalted maple facing. Bartolini custom pickups and it has a McKeen preamp which was installed by a previous owner. It's 34" scale and is currently strung with DR Lo-rider nickels. It also has a removable ramp that was made for it, and has been removed it attaches with double sided sticky tape. Sale price is £1350 plus shipping or you can collect it.
would you be interested in a 5 string fretless? ,dhp.

    Kinal MK-5
Possible new band, possible new direction, so I'd like a different bass. Bought from Eubassix only a handful of weeks ago, I fell in love with it. It's easliy the best quality bass I've ever owned, and here's what David had to say about it in his blurb: "Kinal MK-5: Mike Kinal (Canada) five string with a beautiful quilt maple top in an amber stain. Matching head stock (quilt/amber) with a very nice birds-eye maple cap to the rear. Alder body core. Ebony fingerboard on maple + five-piece neck with graphite reinforcement. 2 Aero jazz pickups with Bartolini preamp, 3EQ and 3-way midrange selector switch. Scale length is 35", 1&11/16" nut. String spacing is 9mm at the nut and 17mm at the bridge. Weight is 8 & 3/4 lbs. Great condition - the only significant 'ding' (no effect on playing) is a small (.5cm) to the side (only) of the ebony board, between frets 1 and 2 (below the G-string). This is one of the best constructed, 'all-purpose' basses I've ever played. Slaps well, is punchy for rock and can also produce more mellow tones" The Aeros are mounted in Ebony, and even the jack cover is wooden, it looks like rosewood to me. Super stunning, super high quality from an outstanding Canadian Luthier who is gaining a big reputation. I'm looking for around £1000 or tradewise a Stingray or a Modulus Flea? Link to Mike's site: http://64.180.97.138/kinal/bass.htm
What does it sound like, have you got any recordings of it?, dave.

  13.
Back up for sale after I sent it for a quick spruce up and check over. 1986 Black MK Thru neck Supernatural. This baby has been slapped, as can be seen from the wear marks on the pup covers and the tail end of the neck, but hell thats what they were made for! I've had the finish spruced up and most of the superficial scratches buffed out, the neck has been sorted, the frets dressed and the intonation corrected, so all is well and she sound great. I dont have a case for her. Sensible offers for a classic beasty. Just started to rain!
this looks like my old jaydee, i sold it around 2000, 2001, (with a padded warwick streamer bag), when i was living in cromer, norfolk, i put new tuners on it (shaeller tuners , not sure about the spelling there), i loved this bass, and regretted parting with it, they just sound fantastic, wonderful to play, dhp.
  14.
Hi all, I've decided to sell my Pedulla Thunderbass 5-String, since it's spent the last 2 months on the stand and never gets a look in while my GB is around! I bought it new back in April, and have gigged it 4 times. It's a great bass, with loads of tonal options and outstanding playability. It has a through-neck construction, cocobolo top, gold hardware, all the good stuff. Here are a couple of pics: I will take more pics if anyone wants to see them These basses retail at £2400, and I am open to offers. The bass is in mint condition, and comes with a Pedulla hard case, adjustment tools, and owners manual. I am going on tour now for 10 days, and will list on Ebay when i get back if no one snaps it up! Interested? PM me here, or email [email protected]. If there's a delay in me replying it's because I can't get internet access in the depths of Italy! Cheers Stuart
Hi, i have a mint 5 string pentabuzz fretless if you fancy a swap, it's for sale on this forum, dhp.
  15. Hi, is this bass still for sale, and if so, would you consider a part exchange for a five string fretless, dhp.
