1.
My first (and only) bass which I've only had a couple of months is an Epi Thunderbird. With a cheapo synthetic Ernie Ball strap, the neck dive was pretty bad, but I've now got a nice Levy's leather strap on it, which is rather wide and padded, so not much of an issue. More of an issue is not having a bass amp, and even more of an issue is not having the money for a bass amp right now. Doesn't stop me loving my T'Bird though.
plenty on sale on BC keep checking it out
2. I have one. I think its amazing. So much variation of tone just with the control knobs on the bass. Makes setting your amp up a dream I got mine brand new from guitar guitar and bartered down to £600 from £650 id pay £400 for a second hand one, if it is a good one!
3. guitar and bass for me either, depends which one is closer when i feel something.
4. hey again all. my brother wisely informed me that he always want to sell this epi sheratan after i sold his epi explorer (wish he'd of said something at the same time) bloody guitarists. thought id try it on here as iv'e had success so far on BC. basically its a semi-acoustic 6 string. im not to sure on the specs so i robbed em off a website Laminated maple top and body with binding 3-piece maple set neck Bound rosewood fingerboard Bound headstock Bound F-holes Gold hardware Vine on headstock, Mother-of-pearl and abalone fretboard Block/Tri inlays 24.75 inch scale length 1.68 inch nut width Stopbar tailpiece ‘57 Classic / ‘57 Classic Plus humbuckers 2 volume, 2 tone controls it is in natural as you can see from the pics. any questions just ask and ill do my best to answer them! these things are £450 brand new this has hardly been used due to other guitar purchases around the same time, so £300 sounds like a good buy to me

8.
Closest I think was a girl coming up and saying something along the lines of: "I really liked your playing, it looked like some kind of special guitar, what was it?" "Bass guitar" ... ".. Oh."
that sounds kind of familiar! it seems more people ask what im doing as i only have 4 strings. ive had guys come to me (and my band) saying how much of a good looking band we are :| basically no i havent lol

12. I have a white Epi T-Bird and i love it. Though since then i now also have a Lakland it kinda has been pushed to the shadows but i still do play it and love it. I love the warmth of it and the shape. I dont have a roblem with the neck being heavy either :S maybe thats just me I stand by the Thunderbird lovers Aaron
13. no interest of splitting at all?
14. i think thats fairly reasonable i wonder if you get a free gig bag with it and one of them 10 ft leads?
15. hello people. selling my peavey tko 115 to help fund my new head!!! its the old school sheffield equipped one. knocking out 80watts at 8 ohm this combo is built like a tank and is kind of heavy but it is very solid and true sounding amp. nothing fancy has been gigged a lot by myself and i got it second hand so im expecting it to have been gigged a bit before me. seen people asking over £100 for these but i think thats a bit steep really now £70 you got yourself a very good solid amp.
