1.
Can't send a pm for about 12 hours due to poor Internet. Can you list the bass amp models it has? I think this is pretty much exactly what I'm after.
POD HD300 includes 16 HD amp models based on* Fender Twin Reverb Hiwatt Custom 100 (DR103) Supro S6616 Gibson EH-185 Fender Bassman Fender Blackface Deluxe Reverb Divided by 13 JRT 9/15 Dr. Z Route 66 Vox AC-15 Vox AC-30 (Top Boost) Marshall JTM-45 MkII Park 75 Marshall JCM-800 (2204) Bogner Uberschall Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier ENGL Fireball 100
  2. Mint condition Markbass Octaver. Tried out but never used live, not been on my pedalboard and is currently 'resting' in its box. The pedal is truly awesome in sound and construction. I can't fault it but it isn't likely to get used on my pedalboard - Octaver already sorted - so it is looking for a loving pair of ears and a gentle foot.
  3. Decided to stick to using individual pedals.
  4. I'm having a sort out of my effects and finally decided to part with my GT6B. Great FX unit, reliable and so easy to edit and store your own sounds. Details here should you want to read the entire repertoire of what this Unit can do! : http://www.bossus.co...p?ProductId=239
  5. Considering moving on my Marleaux Consat Custom 4. Only used a couple of times in the studio, and sounded absolutely awesome.
  6.
Are these the 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm versions?
These are each 8ohm (4ohm as a pair).
  7. Now asking £700 for the pair of cabs, with covers.
  8. I bought this as part of a package deal when I purchased a new electro-acoustic - seemed like a good idea at the time but the AER has never been used. I always DI the guitar through the PA so never have need of this fantastic little combo. A great quality product that does sound superb and is built to perfection. Features

8” (200 mm) twin cone full-range speaker'
Two channels with triple-/dual-band equalizer
4 digital effect presets (reverb 1 and 2, delay, chorus)
60 Watt, dynamically controlled
The AER Compact 60-3 is the 3rd design update of one of the most popular acoustic amps on the market. Polish the performance with 4 DSP effects and amplify with 60w of pristine solid state sound. AER amps are renowned for their fidelity and natural tones that are precise without being harsh. Here's what AER say about the Compact 60-3 The Compact 60-3 is a professional, compact and powerful amplifier system for use on stage, in studio or at home. 10. Rethink of my rig requirements after the weekend so putting these two superb cabs up for sale. I've only had the cabs a few weeks and they have only been used for a couple of rehearsals. I bought custom made covers - thickly padded - which fit perfectly. These are £434 each (without covers) from Thomann - covers cost £70 for the pair. I'm asking, for a quick sale, £700 for the pair plus covers. iBass
I've just had an email informing me that iBass is now available on Android: https://play.google....b.deabdfaadcccb I presume this is just the app to subscribe to the mag? If so anyone know what the subs are, and more importantly, is it worth it? I seem to recall they had some problems a while back. I hope all's fine now.
AS far as I can tell, you get the app (https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/ibass-magazine-bass-guitar/id571010369?mt=8) and then can buy various back and current issues as the desire suits. Much better than paying a subscription and receiving 12 months of articles and adverts (roughly weighted 40/60) with quite a lot of content you're not particularly interested in. I wholeheartedly support the iBass approach, which allows you to choose what it is you want to read - more or less I stopped subscribing to a certain well known bass mag purely because I felt the content had a rather limited focus, reviews were all full of platitudes and paragraphs extolling the virtues of a certain bit of gear and then, lo and behold, a full or half page advert for said bit of gear. I know mags need advertising to exist but honesty and integrity should be the mainstay of the mags content. Sorry, off my soapbox now...
  13. Bought this but then decided to buy a dedicated foot switch for my amp. Great pedal, no batteries required.
  14. A very sad move but this recent purchase is looking for a new home. Everything about the Sei is gorgeous, it's light, beautifully balanced, sounds to dream of, slim neck profile but, and here's the major problem for me, a 6 string has too broad a fingerboard width for me!
  15. A little demo from BC's very own Mr V: http://www.iguitarmag.com/magazine-editions/guitar-interactive-issue-13/reviews/ebs-reidmar-250-d-class-head-ebs-classic-line-cl112-cabinets/ BTW the amp is still available
  16.
have you?
Yep, http://basschat.co.uk/topic/236985-fs-ebs-reidmar-head-l295/
  17. The ultra-compact PUMA amps fascinate by their power, punch and drive. You will experience every detail of your playing in a totally new and distinct way – completely unaltered but with lots of punch, just the way you like it. The well-balanced four-band tone control suits all musical styles with a perfect sound. The “TASTE” control allows you to emphasise the tonal characteristics of your instrument – everything between a wiry mid-boost, a bold slap and an ultra-fat Reggae or Motown sound. Jacks for FX loop, Tuner Out, Line Out, Line In and a pre/post switchable DI Out lets you connect PUMA to the outside world. PUMA amps are ideal for travelling around the world due to their voltage switch which allows them to be operateded at 230 or 115 volts 50 – 60 Hz. A great new feature for late night practicing is the Aux In jack, where you can connect your mp3 player and jam along to your favorite tunes with your headphones. You don‘t even have to connect a cabinet. It‘s never been easier...

    SOLD

. This Recurve was born in March 2010 in Scotland
  19. This was bought as my back-up amp. Really impressive amp head with all the typical EBS sounds and quality. Amazingly loud with a versatile EQ. I have used this amp once for approximately forty minutes. It's in perfect condition and looks showroom fresh What EBS say: THE EBS REIDMAR IS THE FIRST LIGHT-WEIGHT BASS HEAD FROM EBS PROFESSIONAL BASS EQUIPMENT. A LIGHT-WEIGHT BASS AMP THAT CHALLENGES ANY HEAVY-WEIGHT BOUTIQUE AMP IN TONAL QUALITIES. THE REIDMAR TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF EBS FAMED ANALOG PREAMP TECHNIQUE COMBINED WITH A CLASS-D POWER AMP.
  20. Super easy deal with Gilles. Pedal arrived promptly and well packed. Cheers.
  21. I think the whole thing about 'high-end' basses is extremely subjective. I suppose there is a certain 'age' aspect to the issue - similar to middle-aged men driving sports cars and then going to the physio later after they've ricked their back getting in and out of the car! Some folk will buy a bass simply because the player they admire uses one e.g. Wooten and Fodera, Squire and R (can't say the whole word ). If it's purchasing an expensive bass simply to let people know you have an expensive bass so what - although I can't see the point. However, if you can ignore the price tag and simply play the bass and it feels and sounds right then the price tag is incidental - providing you have sufficient funds to buy the bass in the first place. Just because somebody says a certain bass is high end, or a high profile player uses one, it doesn't make that bass any better than any other bass. Sometimes I think the best way to choose/buy a bass is to go into a completely dark room, play as many basses as you can and purchase based purely on feel and sound. Then switch the light on and pay the price. Simple...
  22.
Send them a PM advising that you feel they should have responded by now then give them a reasonable amount of time (say 48 hours?) before re-advertising the item for sale
Good advice. However, you might want to re-advertise but state that someone has shown an interest and they have first call but you are happy to take offers should the original deal fall through.
