    [b]SOLD![/b] Hi all! [center] [/center] I have for sale a pair of Bartolini Mk1 soapbars that have come out of a Lakland 44-01. In perfect working condition and [b]come with the pickup foam and screws.[/b] I'm actually a genuine fan of these pickups, as they are a modern 'sweet' sounding pickup without brittleness or sounding scooped. In the right positions in a bass, they can definitely do classic passive sounds such as Jazz and Precision bass and the only reason I took these out of my Lakland was because I wanted to put true single coils in my bass. These are very nice versatile pickups that aren't given enough credit can also work on anything from 4 strings and up due to being one long bar inside the pickup. Some usual cosmetic wear at the tops of the pickups, but pretty marginal and will clean out okay I imagine. They also have a generous amount of wire left.     The seller sounds very aggressive - was this unprompted? I would be very suspicious of this if he was like this immediately. This doesn't sound like a major issue, so I wouldn't panic. As some have mentioned it sounds like pots are at play somewhere. Where do you live? I may be able to fix it for you.

A complete workhorse and it obviously sounds fab! 300W at 8 ohms and 500W at 4 ohms - it was very sad that Markbass decided to discontinue this amp.     Hello everyone! I'm currently selling my MarkBass SA450 head - it's got a few scratches on the underside (quite a common occurence with these heads) but apart from that, it's in aesthetically sound condition and is of course in perfectly good working order. It has the usual features such as the semi parametric equaliser, pre/post D.I section and 300W at 8ohm/500W at 4ohm power amp. Let me know if you have any questions! I don't know if you saw my earplug model posted above, but they look like the same ones don't they? I have clear filters at the moment and they look identical to the clear ones you used as an example.

    Hello! I've asked already in the 'Items Wanted', but I thought I'd be excused for asking in a possibly more read part of the forum...? I've seen a few places online to buy them, but they were slightly pricey and in the USA (the latter I'm willing to go for if the price is right). Alternatively, I imagine some people may have their one left over from their USA 1962 Jazz Bass. If so, please get in touch. Thanks for reading!
