10. Sorry guys - my mistake - I put the serial number into www.guitardaterproject.org/fender.aspx but forgot to tick the 'crafted in Japan' box. It seems to now come out at somewhere between 1999-2002, so lets plump for 2001

18. Hi All, I have a Fender Coronado II which has a problem with the 3 way toggle pickup switch - it won't stay in the top (or neck pickup) position and just flicks back to the middle position. If anyone has experience of repairing one of these switches, I'd appreciate knowing how much (ballpark) it might cost. My second question in 2 days, crikey my fingers are hurting Thanks again !
19. Thanks so far for all the tips / hints & advice ! All very gratefully received.
20. Hi All, Can anyone recommend a good vintage guitar shop (anywhere in the country) - my simple definition of good is that their noses grow very long when they tell fibs and they assume that negotiation is all part of the fun If you want to add to that simple criteria, please do ! Many thanks in advance...
21.
Just spent a little time with Simon whilst picking up my new baby. Fender Musicmaster 1977 white with black pg .Gorgeous. Simon's a top man, nice cup of tea great chatter, could have spent a lot longer chewing the fat.Had to get back to pick wifey up from work. Thanks for making me so welcome mate. Why 035203?
Hi Paul and thanks for the feedback, you're a top bloke yourself and I really enjoyed our natter. It was great to meet you. 0353203 is a terrible 'handle' I know and perhaps I should change it to something more personal. Way back when the interweb was just getting going it was the first username 'given' to me by a banking site (back when you couldn't make up your own). Its been imprinted on my brain ever since and I use it all the time. Unfortunately its not as catchy as R2-D2 Cheers mate.
22. I recently sold mine on eBay - a pro is that they hold their value - I had a great deal of enquiries and it finally went to a guy in Italy who was also very happy with it.
