  1. Yes, but don't plug anything else in the other 8ohm socket because the socket is wired in parallel with the other one and you will reduce the ohms which the amp won't like.
  2. Would have been perfect, even better with two separate 8 cabs
  3. Reduced to £215 and that includes delivery. I’m retiring on NYE and will be dropping it to the lads about mid November but will dep after NYE until they are fixed up. Sad really, only missed two NYEs in more than 50 years playing. I don’t want to pack it in but I don’t want to lose time with my grandkids like I did my kids - and my wife of course.
  4. Id put a ‘like’ by your comments if I could!
  5. Nice comment Ian. I think you’ May find yourself trying all the class D stuff but not feeling completely satisfied.
  6. Amp is in excellent condition and first class working and is very loud. Very well cared for. IMO there’s always been a tossup between the AH250 MKV and the SMX250/300. This model wins as it has the valve blend and is lighter. Head Specs: 280w RMS/580w peak fan cooled head (the fan is not silent but cannot be heard above anything else - I must state this because there are some funny bugxxxx about - to me it’s fine) Has active passive input selector, tube/solid state blending, pre-shape and 2 shaping options, 12 band graphic EQ with controlable level, independent Low and high compressesors, Effects level and send level with full range and high pass options, DI out built in, can power two 8 ohm cabs. Made in England around 1998 - the Trace golden era. Welcome to trial/test here in Coseley West Mids - you won’t be disappointed.
  7. This magic little amp (in size) will blow your socks off with girth and tone. In excellent condition. Welcome to try out here in Coseley, West Midlands Will post at buyers expense, either of us to arrange. Cheers Geoff B3904BDA-7893-4312-BBF7-C83E0272F7F9.MOV
  8. It pops and I can smell something electrical
  9. This lovely original UK made head is in very nice condition - except it doesn’t work. Sold as faulty for spares. Price includes delivery to UK mainland
  10. Nice condition including the flight case. I have been transporting it around in a trolley case (as pictured) - carrying it with handle of course, but Im keeping the trolley for a holiday trip. 400W @ 4 ohm. Great rich sound. Tube preamp section. Made in Montrose USA. Can use without speakers with earphones for home practise. I’ve attached a link showing reviews. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/amplifiers-effects/eden-wt-400-traveler-plus-bass-head Prefer to collect/test/enjoy here in Coseley West Midlands but can ship at buyers expense, either of us making the arrangements.
  11. Never pushed because I’ve never had the amp to fulfil its hunger. I won’t push how good it is. Prefer to try/test/enjoy here in Coseley, West Midlands. Can post/ship at buyers expense, arrangements made by me or you. I’ve taken the following info from the web: This is a redesigned version of the classic HT112 with a slightly larger cabinet to help fill out the low end. It retains the clean/smooth detailed highs, from the acclaimed HT tweeter and cross-over, plus tight, smooth mids and plenty of low end that defies it's size. Add an EX112ER or another HT112ER for an amazing full size sounding rig that will fit in the boot of a small car and handle up to 1000W. This is THE classic bass cab! One of the deepest sounding 12" cabinets available today. specifications: •1 x 12" cast frame woofer w/ 80oz. magnet, vented pole piece •high intelligibility 1" tweeter •power handling - 350 watts rms •custom phase - coherent crossover with tweeter level control •frequency response: 40hz - 18khz •sensitivity: 98.5db • anechoic: 2.83v/1m •2 x 1/4" and 2 x neutrik connectors •impedance: 8 ohms •dimensions: 15 3/4"H x 18-1/2"W x 15"D •40cm x 47cm x 38cm •weight: 39lbs/17.7Kgs •Padded/fitted cover £60
  12. Anybody there? Messes get sent. Im tried to track down an iffy TH500 yonks ago in Lichfield and it came to a dead end.
  13. Hi, If the amp hasn’t been sold yet, any improvement on price? Thanks Geoff
  14. Hi Ash, Its fine cracks in the lacquer, like Karl’s, seems to be common. The weight is 3.9kg, don’t forget it’s got that thumping pickup
  15. No, it still looks fresh. When I played lead in the 60’s I went through many pre-cbs Strats and one was this colour. It was great about in the mid 70’s when all the pre-cbs stuff was around £350
  16. Things some of us get up to. Wish I could play em.
  17. I’ve got small lacquer cracks on the neck of my deluxe, nothing to worry about at all
