1. i want this so muuuuuch, somebody needs to buy the ibanez from me, i have such big plans with this thumb....goddamnit.... anyways guess you're not interested in a trade since you lowered the price....
2. well, that sucks, i guess they were bleeding money, as they were making some really good instruments and selling them for pretty small prices, i dunno, don't have an opinion on why they took them out, probably they're creating a better range like the sr's...anyways, this is a bargain price c'mon i need that fretless people
3. ok, i've fallen behind, and also new price £650 ...c'mon i need to get a decent fretless
4. well it's the 1206, now they're making 1306, the shape is a bit different, the horns are not as chunky....but mainly it's the same bass ) just a bit more expensive
5. ok, so after thinking a lot, i could do with a 4 string fretless also, but in the same price range or something cheaper plus money.....so ...back up....C'MON I NEED A FRETLESS
6. c'mon back up....i love this bass but i still can't cope with the wide string spacing....
7. sorry for the delay guys, i was really really busy, yeah, the string spacing is 17 mm on 1206..sorry guys
8. Any pics? bump in the meantime
I've got an excellent Tune fretless 4 which i'm gonna have to let go(about to become a dad again!serves me right!) It's an original Japanese one from '86,with 2octave neck and the skewed bridge . It's an ash body and maple laminated neck. 3 band eq and volume controls and piezo bridge pick ups. Finished in a nice pearlescent off-white. (Just needs some dr black beauties to complete the look!!!) These are very rare. When i bought it i had the chance to buy one of the ibanez willis signature (the cheaper all black one) this was far better imo. If you haven't tried a piezo fretless you should, they're great to play react nicely to your right hand pressure .With rounds on you get all classic f'less tones plus it nails percy jones type piezo sounds .With flats you get very convincing double bass/eub sounds. I'm looking for £360 for it will get some pics up soon. Cheers
9. i would really wanna see some more detailed pics of this little critter...beautiful , consider this a bump and a compliment, wouldnt sell that even if i were homeless and and a crack addict....
10. bumperoo, and i may consider trades with a fretless fivers not necessarily warwicks or spectors, c'mon open to offers anyways!!
11. dude, you've got a bump from a fellown btb owner, beautiful bass, nice woods on that bass, hope it finds an owner soon, i for one loved the wide 5 stringers from btb, the 6 string is a bit too much for the moment but im learning to cope with it....anyways, bump!!!!
12. Apparently I've been talking to myself here, so i would say i would trade it for a 5 string corvette, or a 5 string fortress,or one of the cheaper spectors, c'mon guys this is a really versatile instrument....
13. c'mon no offers? still up for grabs, willing to throw some extra dinero for the trade... bump bumpidy bump bump bump

15. so up for trade or sale is an Ibanez BTB 1206 E-NTF Prestige in good condition(has some dings but they are not easily seen and do not affect the sound or playing) i bought it in July 2009 from italy for 1200 euros so price :£625 ONO This bass has been gigged, sounds brilliant through almost any kind of amp, found a very good compatibility with laney and ashdown the bass's specs are Neck join Neck Through Neck construction 5 pieces - Maple/Walnut Fingerboard Rosewood, medium frets, 35" Body Mahogany, top/rear Flamed Maple AA Finish Natural, Oil Finish Pickups Bartolini Soapbar Custom American Hardware Gotoh Electronics Bartolini HR 5.4, B/M/T with midrange sel. Neutrik Secure lock equipped It comes with a flight case or softcase, a black planet waves strap and is equipped with Ken Smith metal master strings, could post it but only at buyer's expense Who wants to see it and try it i am based in Birmingham, and also i could travel for the trade I am selling it because i have small hands and even though i love the sound and feel of it, it still is too big for my hands, and also what i play needs a fretless sound so hope i gave you a lot of info to make a decision as i have made mine. Cheers and hit me good.
