    These are fantastic basses that sound and play superbly. I have a 2003 model and is probably one of three basses I would never part with.....I know, famous last words....but it really is that good! GLWYS.

    Selling my PJB C4 compact cabinet which is in good overall condition, complete with the original slip cover. It does have some nicks and dings as can be seen in the pictures and there is some tolex peel on the back. There are 6 small screw holes in the back, these were already on the cabinet when I bought it and I have no idea what they were for. None of the above of course affects the superb clear sound these are renowned for. Four 5 inch speakers handle a low B with ease all in a nice compact and very well made package. Collection in person welcomed but postage can be arranged at additional cost.

    I had a Fiesta Red one a couple of years ago, excellent basses for very little money. I changed the strings for some Fender flats and it played and sounded great. Reading this thread is making me want to look at the Thomann site.....again!

    I just bought a lovely mini rig from Rosie C and am very happy! Great head and cab in lovely condition plus, all the original packaging too! Very friendly communications throughout from a wonderful Basschatter. Trade with absolute confidence.

    Definitely louder than its tiny size would suggest. I had one and sold it... Hope this sells before I next head down the M4 past Cardiff!

    I really like the look of this bass and the unique finish. If my CS Jazz needs were not already satisfied I’d be struggling to resist this! I’m trying to imagine what bass has caught your eye that means you are looking to sell it! 😁

    Hi Ziggy. Personally, I think it depends on what tone you are after. These strings are not as bright as round wounds but not as mellow as flat wounds, so a good half-way house! However, they would suit a fretless well because the smoother finish will be kinder to the fingerboard and less likely to create grooves in the wood.

    Bought one of these many moons ago for my youngest daughter. She really enjoyed playing it….and do did I. Sweet little basses.
