3. Now sold - Thanks for your interest. I'm kinda glad Wonder Woman had a bit of a late run, but still feel she could have done better only managing to tie with Pacman....
4. I completed a purchase from Patch006 a few weeks ago - Patch was easy to deal with by message and on the phone. The amp was described well and there were no negative surprises to deal with when the amp arrived. Straight forward transaction, quick to reply to messages etc. quick to post and very nice fella to deal with. A + 10/10 etc
5. The bass in the ebay link above looks like it sold (2 bids) for £590 + £20 postage. How can Wonder Woman be losing out to Pacman?
6. Loving the new Basschat look..... Here is a similar bass on ebay for price comparison only! (mine doesn't have a broken active switch) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120781335117?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_500wt_1022 Sorry Mods if this is illegal, I'll remove if you tell me too. 7.
This is a total bargain. I Borrowed the slightly lighter coloured one for a few months and I still miss that sound! It sounded amazing with the original single coils in so I'm almost afraid to hear it with the Kent Armstrongs! Someone should jump on this fast as it's easily worth twice this price!
Thanks for you comments chrismuzz - the humbuckers are nothing to be afraid of - they are things of beauty. They have different windings from each other - Kent wound the neck pickup to be "Precision-like" and the bridge pickup to be "Jazz-like". In passive, just toggling the pickup selector gives the bass surprisingly different tonal characteristics. The active is really usable too. Lovely choice of bass / mid / treble frequency cut and boost really enhance what passive sound is putting out. 8. Hello bassists. I have been spending willy nilly on bits of kit, so am having a clear-out. Here is my first "real proper" bass, bought in about 1984 (JT - can you remember when it was?) Lovely all singing and dancing 80's Jap craftsmanship. Original pickups have been replaced by Kent Armstrong (when he was still living in the UK) with his soap-bar replacement humbuckers, which are super quiet and added beef and punch to the sound. The original pickups are included in the sale and are working fine. Should you wish me to swap them back to the originals I will do that and include the humbuckers in with the bass. The bass has seen its fair share of action and has numerous dinks (all marks have been photographed and are on Flickr). Price is £495 delivered in the UK. Anyone is welcome to come and try the bass anytime. I'm located in Ashford, Kent. Lots of pictures on Flickr here : Cheers for looking.

12. Hello JTUK - Lovely bass! Does it come with a case, and if so what type - hard/soft etc ? Thanks
13. SOLD - Staccato Bass This is a bit of a rarity as not many of these basses were made - the most famous I think was played by Gene Simmons of Kiss fame, and appeared in their Crazy Nights video. The bass plays great, with a low action and awesome array of sounds from the active circuitry and Kent Armstrong pick-ups. It's in good condition, with only a couple of cosmetic dings. The bass comes with its own hard case. Info about the basses can be found on the following links: http://www.staccato-art.co.uk/guitar_main_page.htm http://www.jaysofnorfolk.co.uk/collectbles...ato-bass-guitar I am based in Ashford, Kent. Cash on collection preferred although local delivery can be negotiated.
