Yes, I've seen his videos too, but I've ordered mine before I discovered Guild made this new P powered version last week and pulled the trigger immediately

I had it for 3 days and it's all I wished it would be. I was considering the previous version of the Starfire I but wasn't sure about the bridge-only pickup. I am very much a neck pickup person. This P pickup version is perfect for me (I also like Precision basses a lot)

I've got the mahogany and cherry red because I love this wood. I wish this bass existed in all black though, that would look exceptionally pretty

By the way the knobs are made of plastic that feels rather flimsy, this is probably the only thing I can say is negative about this bass. Oh and the output jack socket wasn't tightened well, had to screw the nut some (not easy with the bass being hollowbody). Other than that its construction and finish are perfect

Hello everyone! I've had an account here but can't remember what email it was registered to. Anyway, I had few posts so not a big deal! I play bass since 1991 and guitar since 1987 but this doesn't make me a good musician unfortunately, I'm just screwing around mostly 😁 Recently I was interested by designing some effects, I may share some progress here times to times. All of these are my hobbies, I have a day job that's not related to music at all. I moved to France in the early 2000s and enjoy living here very much.
