  1. I forgot to add that the pickups are in the 70s position. Here's a very similar bass in action 👌
  2. Korg Pitchblack Custom Pedal tuner including instruction manual and box. In good condition with a few signs of wear, works perfectly. It features a handy 9v output to supply other pedals from one power supply. £40 posted to your door within the UK.
  3. MXR Bass Octave Deluxe in good condition with original box etc. There are loads of demos on YouTube of this pedal, it really nails the classic octaver tone. £80 posted to your door within the UK.
  4. Set of Lindy Fralin Jazz pickups, standard wind with white covers. These things are as good as it gets! If I wasn't going down a PJ route I'd be keeping hold of these. They have been installed on a solderless loom so are free from solder, and each lead is un-cut. They are in great condition. £110 posted to your door within the UK.
  5. It's passive, the controls are volume, pickup pan, tone. I'm unsure of the neck radius but it's slightly flatter than a typical 60's Fender Jazz. That makes it easier to get a low action in my opinion. It's a slim jazz-style neck so I assume it's standard jazz width. I can confirm the exact width this evening. It's been recently setup with new 40-100 D'Addario nickels so is good to go.
  6. Anaconda Ultra J4 Essence up for grabs. This is a fantastic modern take on the Jazz bass with a slightly undersized Alder body, silky smooth oiled maple neck/fingerboard, hipshot tuners and Dimarzio Ultra Jazz pickups. It plays amazingly well with a low action, is built to a very high standard and sounds punchy as hell. It's also very light at 3.6kg/8lb. It has a couple of small marks here and there as it has been gigged, but overall it's in great condition.
  7. I found it in a pawn shop in South London if I remember correctly. Such a cool bass.
  8. I had one of these a few years ago and it's easily one of the best basses I've owned and one of very few I genuinely regret selling. I sold it on BC (for a song) after I did three full gigs in one day with it and had trouble standing upright the next day 😁
  9. I sold some pickups to Dave and all was well. Another top Bass chatter 👍
  10. Sandberg VT4 California II in fantastic condition complete with upgraded Sandberg deluxe gig bag & tools. The bass features an alder body with high gloss finish, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, a set of Delano PJ pickups and the Glockenklang/Sandberg preamp with 2 band EQ and an active/passive switch. When in passive mode the treble control acts as a traditional tone knob which is a very useful addition. The bass weighs just 3.5kg or 7.7lb so it's a dream to use on long gigs. It also has an incredibly low action with no fret buzz. The only other bass I've owned that came close to an action this low was my Fodera Monarch.. It's so easy to play it almost feels like cheating! Collection from Margate or I can box it up if you'd like to arrange a courier.
  11. Forgot to add this photo, box and manual also included.
  12. EBS Octabass triple mode octave pedal in good condition with Velcro on the bottom. Sounds awesome!
  13. EMG GZR Geezer Butler PJ Pickups set in excellent condition. Complete with EMG quick connect loom, jack socket, screws, instructions etc.
  14. Absolutely, one-piece lightweight swamp ash AND a roasted Birdseye maple neck.. Surely a rare combo in Stingray land.
  15. Indeed, and I'm pretty sure they aren't made out of lightweight swamp ash anymore so a new one is unlikely to weigh 3.6kg!
  16. Absolutely, it's a dream on long gigs. Nothing like the boat anchor Music Men of the past!
