    Bacchus

After much tomfoolery with Ishibashi, I finally managed to find the used section. There is a Bacchus BJB-98 on there in a pale blue colour with a white pearloid s/plate which looks very very tasty and very tempting to me. Anyone know anything about these basses???
  2. Guess so Just out of curiosity, what didn't you like about it? I have heard others who have claimed not to get on with Sandberg. I certainly don't get on with their distribution company but thats a whole different story
  3. I have no idea where I am supposed to be looking to actually browse what they have in! Everytime I click on something which I think might take me somewhere useful, the translation loading thing comes up, it says something in English and then just totally stops!
  4. He hasn't posted any more pics than that because he only bought a headstock
  5. I get a much better sound from my Stingray through my LMKII head than I did with my Status S2. Not sure what to read into that though.....
  6. For what it's worth, I use Knucklehead
  7. Having owned a Sandberg California JM4, I can say I haven't played a better bass for under £1000. Good tonal options with the jazz and MM pickup. Also, Delano pickups are definitely the way forward in my eyes, awesome sounding things. Best neck I have ever played on any instrument, the blackburst finish was stunning, very responsive eq and very very well built. I really cannot recommend them enough and I am gutted that I got rid of mine! So in response to Chardbass, I would suggest that the Lakky would have more than a match on its hands with the Sandberg
  8. Yeah its all a bit messy, but hopefully now we can settle here!
  9. Interesting......if only I could watch vids while I am at work
  10. I think I'm gonna go find something I can't afford

    Midlands Bass Bash

Are regional ones being done now? I'm sure someone mentioned something about a southern one.......... If so, does that mean that we get one up in the North somewhere?
  12. Wise words right there ^^
  13. Yeah I have got bits of it, I just cat seem to make out for certain what is being played on other parts. You could always try tabbing it on power tab or guitar pro which is a lil brain numbing if you are doing an entire song.....but f course you are onlydoing a small it. I'll leave it with you
  14. I persoally would only replace the stuff that needed it or if I wasn't happy with it. Keep as much of its character as possible if it has some aged bits on it
  15. Awesome! Thanks dude! If needs be I can always send youthe song, pm me if you want to send your email addy.
  16. Used them twice, both times very efficient.

  21. Nice lil collection you have there
  22. Very very nice indeed
  23. I couldn't speak for the old stuff, but the newer stuff seems fine to my ears, I'm also a LMKII owner and I think it's great. Fantastic value for money.
