GB is great for the very basics of putting something together and recording. Pro Tools all the way for me.

4. Thanks guys. Must be the credit crunch huh!?! BUMP
5.
Great vid Si Bump for a great guy, selling a great bass. Really wish I had the money for this, but my current balance is £1.72p. Unless I can owe you the other £1148.28?
LOL. If I didn't need the money for a 4 string version of this bass... I might have considered it mate. hahaha Worth pointing out that this bass has a lot of different sounds. The tone on the video was simply achieved by pickup blend in the middle, a tiny bit of bass and treble boost. Very powerful EQ on this bass!
6. Nice work Mike! BFD really is quite awesome! Sometimes better than an actual real drummer! LOL
7. Hi Mike, I'm a big fan of Masters at Work too. I have a track on a Latin CD (can't remember the name of it at the moment) but it has the most incredible bass line. The bass is recorded so dirty...fret noise and all! The way it should be!
8. Here's a little video demonstrating the funkiness of this bass. Dirty funk tone extreme!
9.
For me Tribes Vibes and scribes, Beneath the surface, Positivity, are there best,,Tales from the Beach is awsome too..
Yeh, those as well! I could have put them all down to be honest!
10. Here's my Metro, currently for sale as I'd really like to save for a 4 string RS4 in '59 Burst!!
11. I would almost certainly go for a Celinder! You know you want to! If not that, a custom NY Sadowsky.
12. By the sounds of the things I've read on the web, some kind of customer service person is exactly what he needs. Someone who can manage all the orders, emails and paper work etc. If i've ever got the money, I will certainly order one.
13. Randy is an awesome bass player for sure. One of my favourites. No idea what fretless he used though. Julian Crampton is an awesome player as well though, and did Incognito justice in filling Randy's shoes. thisnameistaken, listen to albums "100 and Rising", "who needs love", Life, Stranger than Fiction" to get you started. I have them all personally - but those are a few of my favourites.
14. That's a very interesting insight Kiwi. Thank you. I think a Celinder is my dream bass, and I hope to be able to afford having one made for me some day.
15. Thanks Liam. Had lots of interest but i'm not really after trades. Still up for grabs.
16. At a guess? Between 9-10 lbs. One of the lighter 5 stringers I've had the pleasure of playing.
17.
gargh - very nice - no money
Precisely why I'm selling mate...no money! Bump.
18. bum-pity bump, bum-pity bump...
19. That would still involve paying copyright to the publishers on the music.
20. Have reduced to £1150 in hope of quick cash sale.
21. No worries bluesparky. No harm done Thanks Higgie! Pete, I'm afraid there is no plan to re-release the books. I tried several times with the publishers to get them out there again and failed... so what will be, will be. I'm currently working hard on The Bassment, and there are a lot of transcriptions on there - with more added every week.
22.
Didn't Simon Merrick do a couple of Jamiroquai books? I'd love to get a copy of one - does anyone have any copy for sale / a digital copy of it? If there was some way of getting a copy or scan of them, then i'd be forever indebted to whoever could help me out.
Yeh, I did... but I'd appreciate it if people didn't make my transcriptions available online without my consent.
23. I have added photos. I am currently considering a few different offers, all very appealing...but still for sale at the moment.
