  1. I hear ya and noted! Thanks👍🏾
  2. Hey guys, Hoping to make this a DIY (if not above my level) and not have to trouble my technician or my pocket too much! I picked this up and upon arrival I heard tumbling noises in the box. Turns out that it’s the transformer. I pushed the brown wire back onto the switch (seemed obvious) but not sure about the blue and green (if they go anywhere). Not sure that’s the original transformer as well🤷🏽‍♂️🫣 But I was assured that it worked perfectly (before being sent). Thoughts? Thanks guys SWR Workingmans 10 schem Rev 02_.pdf Workingman's 15-2004 Control Panel PCB.pdf
  3. (NOW SOLD) Little combos I used for the kids and myself to play/practise on. Came in handy at the time but now they’re taking up space. Kids grew up too!! Both for £25 or £15 each, collected from Aylesbury or posted at cost. Ask away if more info needed.
  4. …..didn’t see a pm….?
  5. *Found this online: Weight 17 lbs (7,6 kg * I have used it with electric bass and to be honest, while is very nice sounding, it would be pushed to do a full on gig. (Especially with 5 string), but really nice for low volume gigs. *The socket,I believe, is for stand mounting.
  6. Sold one locally last week and the guy can’t stop thanking me! He had a HEAVY old Peavey 2x10 and he bought one of the 2x10 from me and says it sounds better and is smaller and lighter (and cheaper)! Win, win, win, win!!!!
  7. Versatile if slightly big…. Big in quality however👌🏽
  8. Great volume/wah combo in smaller package!
  9. *NOW SOLD* You know the quality and cost of these products! (My main gigging rig is the AER Amp 2 combo. Almost unbeatable!!) I’m putting here first to give fellow BCers a change before eBay and that sort…. This smaller one, though older, works perfectly and has an original fabric cover (to which I added a bottom to protect the bottom of the combo). Versatile and clean with a couple of channels and effects (if needed) and works great with instruments & vocals. Look online for details and reviews. I used at home mostly to practice (especially nice with my Double Bass and Acoustic Bass Guitar), hence the great condition. Collection from Aylesbury or postage at cost possible to UK.
  10. Swift and pleasant transaction with the Lozz man! 👍🏾 👍🏾 (deserves a double)
  11. Much appreciated! Hopefully it does happen (then you can have a coffee on me😇)🤞🏾
  12. I hear ya! Raise the volume even more😂 It’s waiting on its new owner impatiently😉
  13. Sold one of the 2x10 metal grill to a very happy fellow bassist. His words: “…can sounded great! Must admit I was pleasantly surprised and impressed” Still have a few….😉 ps: used two of my mates’ cabs as front of house PA tops (as the PA guy blew his just before the gig). They surprised him as well as they performed and handled fantastically good! Pic added!!
  14. Finn Zeferino-Birchall Decent player indeed
  15. Checking the bridge… Dimensions (L W D) including string spacing? cheers
  16. (NOW SOLD) Bought this ‘Italian Jazz’ as it looks & sounds (and could be proper decent) as a cheapie project, with a bit of attention. Got something I prefer coming in soon and can’t keep both (damn I shoulda been patient) so shifting at a loss. Sounds great but has a few obvious things. *Body in great condition. Not sure of the weight but I would say it’s not one of those ‘hernia’ things. Just right in my opinion. *Pickups sound great. Proper jazz bass vibe, Jaco, slap etc… *Original tuners and bridge were dreadful so changed to solid/reliable units. * Neck in good condition but upper frets could do with a dress as a bit of buzz going on. * No case and I’ll include the original pickup and bridge covers. (Vintage looking things) Collection from Aylesbury or postage at cost.
