In relation to Muse sounds, yes I think it can do those plus many more but you will have to spend time to program them. The guy in Muse uses the AKAI bass synth pedal.

    I got an octavius squeezer that I'm thinking selling, looking for around £300... Is really good and got lots of extra effects (fuzz, octave and filter) but you not so easy to program
