Serial number MX15619895, I think this means it is a 2015 instrument

Hi guys, Got this recently as part of a trade and it is a truly gorgeous bass but unfortunately I am fully onto 5 strings these days and don't want to mess with my head by playing fours! This is an amazing bass, so easy to play, lightweight, punchy and packed with some high end hardware and electronics. It has a mark above the neck pickup where the finish is worn where a previous owner has rested their thumb I guess, other than that it is in great shape other than the odd age related mark. And a Wenge fingerboard.[/font][/color] [color=#282828][font=helvetica, arial, sans-serif]This one weighs in at 4.4kg as well - Yes, less than 10lb for a Thumb, it is a truly beautiful instrument and growls like a Thumb should, This is not to be confused with the bolt on, this retails at around £4400.00 and it won't have all the nice woods this has! Hi, Weight is a surprising 8lbs ish, it looks like it should be heavier, but it is a comfortable weight. I am of course willing to post using an insured courier, I would be prepared to throw in a case to keep it safe, and the courier to mainland UK would be £25. So, bass and case and courier = £600 all in!
