1. Hi mate. I’ll just have the compressor for now please. How do you want paid? Bank transfer? Craig
2. Wow. I’m only sounding out for advice. I’ve not dipped my toe in the effects game yet. Was merely wondering as it’s something I’d like to explore at some point. At most I’ll have a compression pedal for said gig but that’s it. thanks for all the advice though much appreciated
3. Thanks for all the replies. All guidance taken on board
4. I may be interested in the Mooer Ensemble Queen, Bass Chorus too. What price would you do both for? Craig
5. Mate I’ll take the kokko compressor for £20 if you’ve still got it? Craig
6. Haha thanks mate. It’s not my first time gigging but it is my first time using effects. Cheers for all your help
7. Thanks for the reply. I will be using a di for the pa but will be using in ear monitors and not using an amp (is this the right thing to do? I’m told it is?)
8. Hi all, I’ve recently joined a wedding/function band and our first gig is in August. Not having ever gigged with effect pedals before I wanted to ask. when sound checking do you sound check with the effects on or off? or both? Many thanks Craig
9. Yeah I’ve looked into it. It sounds the biz from the reviews on YouTube. Probably gonna get one I think
10. Thanks mate I’ll certainly check that out
11. Hi, I’ve been playing on and off for years and been on here silently years too. Now the problem I have is I’ve never really used effects before. I’m now in a kick derrière 3 piece and really wanna sort my Sound out. But..... I have literally no idea what I need or how to power them all up (what power supply do I need?). I’m guessing I would benefit from a compressor pedal but apart from the obvious synth/chorus/fuzz etc effects what staple pedals would I benefit from? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated Craig

16.
I saw that. I meant if you've not got too much to save up and not too far off, in time, from getting there.
Doh!! I won't let you keep it just for me mate just incase it takes me a while to raise the rest of the funds. But if it's still available when I have then I'll deffo be back in touch Craig
17.
Pleased you like it. If you're near, but need a reasonable waiting time, I can hold for you.
I'm in Carlisle cumbria mate

19.
Someone posted this on Facebook earlier. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xWMf9iqABXw
Yeah that's from comic relief I think from 1985
20.
Could be interesting if they tour and Copeland intends to take on drum and vocal duties. Not impossible, but the vocals and rythym's aren't exactly straightforward.
I read an interview with Mark King and he said when they tour this album they will be using level 42's Pete Ray Biggin on drums sharing the duties with Stewart Copeland. So at some point SC will be out front with mic and guitar
21. I understand the vocals will not be for everybody but for me it works. Its different, fresh and should be killer live when they tour it
