I could use a few of those bits mate, where are you?
I'm in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

Hi I've got a load of computer bits that I don't need anymore, just pulled from various systems over the years. All are believed to be working fine - I would have only kept things that still worked if a computer died or something, and in good condition although a couple are a little dusty. I've attached a picture, but I'll try to list what's included. I don't really want to split into individual items - would rather somebody wants the lot, and to just pay postage. Or if you've got anything you want to swap like a little pedal that might be broken or something feel free to offer and I'll pay postage. Or collection from GL6 and you can have it. Two PCI modems. Three graphics cards, PCI I think. Network card. Three round IDE cables - space saving style. A front USB 5.25 drive bay thing with PCI card and internal cable. A few internal fans. A PCI TV card (old) - takes an RF input. I've probably got the install disc somewhere too. It's win95/98 kind of era. A USB hub - probably USB1, and has a power socket but no adaptor unfortunately. A normal multi would work. Two DVD roms (one might be a CD writer as well). An AMD processor - XP2000 ish. Palomino core if I remember rightly. And a bunch of cables: Soundcard to MIDI cable Firewire cable Two parallel printer cables - one with big printer style end, one DB25 on both ends DB25 Scsi cable (for Iomega Zip drives sorta thing) Modem cable Anyone find that lot useful? Hi, Was looking for a trade for an Eventide Timefactor, but I've found one now, so this has to go to pay for a bit of it! It's one of these http://line6.com/dl4/ I'll take a pic soon. It's perfect working order, with just a slight blemish near the far left switch and scratch on paint near the front. It's just the pedal - no box, manual or power. Meant to require 1200ma but I've used it fine from a DC Brick style power supply using a diago green adaptor. PDF Manual can be downloaded here - http://line6.com/data/l/c0a8090beeaa404f99...ual-English.pdf Could be persuaded to trade for something pedally and special (or a Roland JV1080 if anyone's got one), but would prefer a straight sale. £135 posted. ***NOW SOLD*** Rich

Hi, Does anybody know if there's a blender type pedal that has a foot expression control, like a volume/wah? So that it can blend whatever's in the effects loop gradually? Cheers Rich
Fancy a trade for this lovely http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=102211&st=0 + £20 my way?
Cheers for the offer, but I'm not looking for a new bass at the moment. Now, if you had one of these http://www.vintagesynth.com/roland/jv1080.php lying around the answer would be different ;D Rich -
In good condition, used but not abused, i.e. ribbon controller is shinier in the middle compared to the edges, where it's been used. Comes with the original manual but no power supply. It's a standard 9v jobby though - could probably even run it off a pedal board I assume. Or it runs off batteries. £60 + 3 quid to post. Cheers rich

Just bought Andy's HD24 off him. An easy transaction, and couldn't be happier with the HD24 - perfect condition. Thanks Rich

No problem. Cheers for looking though. These are about the only ones I can find - AudioSpares - but they're a bit chunky, and might get a bit tight at the back of a mixer.
they seem to have stopped stocking them since i last ordered them. i can find the other way round - ie stereo socket to mono plug (av17285), and mono 1/4" to stereo 3.5" (av 17274) but alas not the exact match - Sorry
You couldn't link to it could you? I have searched and searched on that site and can't find them. Rich
cpcfarnell have them
Does anybody know where I can get a Jack adaptor that has a Stereo plug and Mono socket. Both 6.35mm. I want to use it to convert the Insert points of a mixer to be direct outs, so the signal does not get cut going back to the mixer. I've searched online for a while, but can't seem to find any. Cheers Rich

I've got an almost identical bass to this, 1978, black, awful crazed paintwork (although mine's pretty much all flaked off now), but with a maple neck, and it sounds incredible. Heavy, but great. If you want to cut through the mix more I find just rolling off the bridge pickup just 2 or 3 back from full and it becomes a much fuller bodied sound. Anyway. Have a bump on me. If I didn't own this already I'd be jumping on it! Rich
