Splendid.
Next time we meet, I want to have a go on that massive and classic looking head that was parked near to @Frank Blank and his rig. Although I got a go on Frank's Mouse (very nice it was too Frank); you were busy, I was on-call, there was so much to see, folk to catch up with and so-on that I didn't get the chance.
It looked like summat from the seventies. Am I close?
Sometime around there- yes. Absolute bargain that head was

How much did the raffle raise?
Not sure yet as the hall hasn't told us how much it cost yet (its about 70 quid). But our money from admissions and raffle -which all profit from will go to Nordoff robins- is around 230 pounds.

No problem - only pulling your leg.
A few years ago, in front of my wife and two daughters, I walked up to someone I was meeting for the first time and said, "Hi. My name's Alan...er...no it's not, it's Andy."
Wife and daughters have never let me forget it...
My mum has a brother who's the same height as me and has the same hair as me. She calls me graham more than she calls me my actual name

I just had a lovely drive from Rugeley to Doveridge, just to get my bearings really, but it’s so nice here in the village hall car park basking in the sun I might just have a kip until kick off...
...zzz.
Cafe round the corner in the shop. Make a mean hot chocolate

My wife has decided that she wont be coming after all. She thought there was going to loads of live bands, not just bass geeks. Plus, she was upset that there was no Intu malls nearby.
Theres intu derby- and a train to derby every hour from Uttoxeter

Are we going to have Basschat lanyards with our BC names and our real names on them? It's a good Bass Bash practice to break the ice. Mine reads " Oh, No. Not that Twunt again."
@ped shipped me 30 lanyards so yes! It was real useful at the last bash

Does anyone have a preference of PA rig for the event? If anyones bringing synth-age or anything of the like it could be useful and I can get one cheap from @AlphaPro

To be fair, will the event costs be covered by the door?
As the list stands- all room costs plus some extra for food and bits are covered

This is a really useful thread. I might take a punt at the deko bass lottery at some point

Thats a good looking bass. I think the grain showing through the finish is something very unique and it's surprisingly beautiful.

Possible contender on https://www.guitarfetish.com/CPOT-100-100K-Concentric-Pot-Module_p_181.html
Depends on the solder less system though because of course terminals aren't always the same.

Looks like a good (and relevant) cause

I've seen people route them but freeze the blank plastic first to keep it cool. I have routed acrylic at a decent speed before and its not too hard. You just have to move quite quickly.

Anyone got any charities that they'd like to suggest?
