    I then cut out the fret board once thicknessing it and the neck. Marked it up and stuck it on. Thats where I am upto. I expect to fall down on this project when it comes to carving. But i am enjoying it. Would love to have a playabke neck at the end of it but who knows.

    I have been wanting to have a go at a neck for a while now. Not had the time. Now I have an abundance of tume but stull very little skill!! So first I made up a router jig from some old kitchen units.

    I had that. Just kept buying tiny items from them and negging every time. Eventually it stuck. Cost me a fortune. Never had the phrase cutting off your nose to spite your face been more apt.😂

    Thanks very much. Had a really annoying slight buzz on A 5th fret so had the neck off and gave it a flat and crown.

    Really pleased I asked your advice guys, I went for bronze, the gold was tok blingy. Well chuffed with the overall look. Love it. Bolt the neck on tomorrow and tuners and see what it sounds like.👍😍😊
