    Are you sure these are the 760FS strings and not the FL, I think FS have black silks whereas the FL have the red?

    Just to add that anything on the photos that looks like marks is just reflection, it really is in excellent nick.. bridge pick up is a J Tone and stand is a Stagg.

    I purchased this a while ago thinking that I could use it for a few songs in the set, however there is only one song we use it for and it seems a bit of an extravagance and a hassle to transport for just one 3 minute song! This KK Baby bass is in excellent condition and come with gig bag and stand, also comes with an extra bridge pickup which can be easily removed if not needed, I quite like it as it’s a bit like a jazz bass in that the diaphragm pickups are quite dark and thump, whilst the bridge pickup barks a bit, so I can blend these to get a variety of tones. Possibly looking to trade for a decent acoustic guitar, not looking to post so either meet up or collection only.

    I wondered how many people play through just a tuner, no compression, or box of tricks and magic potions in their set up. I’ve not been happy with my sound for a while and last night I went straight into the amp, and there is was, the nice phat juicy bass sound I’ve been after, could be time to cash in on those expensive pedals!!! (And buy another bass 😁)

    I had a set but just found them to be too floppy for me, TI’s are about as low tension as I feel comfortable with. Sounded nice though and felt good under the fingers.

    Again, sorry you feel that way, but saying you want it and can pay in a months time without me agreeing to that, is not a deal as far as I am aware, you were one of many who were interested but not in a position to buy at the moment. The person who has bought it contacted me a month ago expressing interest but could not pay at the time, they did not expect me to hold onto it until they could pay! That just makes no sense unless it’s agreed... Best of luck in the future and hope you find what you’re after.

    Sorry you feel this way Nels, but we were in the process of negotiating a deal, and saying you are interested and can pay for something in a months time does not put anything on hold!

    Yep they are on the bass and under tension, I think it’s the gaps in the winding which make the ti’s feel so smooth, reducing the friction

    I’ve always been a combo man and had some pretty decent gear over the years from AER amp one, Mark bass CMD121p, Mesa Walkabout, SWR Redhead, Peavy Bam, (what an amp, just weighs sooo much) and a Tecamp 212 combo, but this Eich takes some beating, I took it to my first practice last night, it weighs nothing, looks and sounds great and has more than enough headroom, as much as I loved my amp one, it’s been blown away by this.... the Mark bass would probably be the best to compare it with since they are both 12 inch speakers and similar power, but the Eich is louder and not as sterile sounding as the Mark bass, it cut through effortlessly, just need a gig now...

    Just to give you one more to think about, I have the Eich 112pro which is tiny, 500 watts, full and creamy sounding, top quality build and louder than both the AER amp one and the Mark bass CMD121p (I’ve had both). it’s not cheap though...

    Not as high tension as chromes, and not as bright, I also found them to be not as grabby in the fingers, these are excellent strings.

    I had the normal redhead many years ago, best sounding combo I ever used, the normal redhead was a little under powered, but this beautify should have plenty of phat...
