Well that was fun. Great sound on and off stage, band played brilliantly, big audience who loved it. Some really great feedback afterwards. Didn't win the vote to go on the mainstage next year, looks like the rock bands one that every night, but I've never been one for music as a competitive sport! Made some useful allies, and feel like the band have made another step up.

+1 on that. Great weekend had by us all too! Managed to catch a few acts on the introducing stage and at Jaks- some real corkers. Hopefully return next year!

    Hi Raymondo,

That's great news, looking forward to catching up at Stroud and York! We're well excited about Stroud (mostly as it's a hometown show and we can have a good drink afterwards!). And of course York is a beautiful county!

No worries about Skeggy- understand it's quite a comittment just to see one band!

    Catch you soon!

Hi Jack ….that joke will never wear thin for me.... I have tickets to the Stroud gig and the York gig ...looking at getting to the Newark gig too...hope you are well and happy ...I'll buy you a beer when we next meet up!

Won't make it to Skeggy as they don't sell tickets for just the night time ...day tickets require you to be out by 6.00 pm ish…  have a blast though!

  5. FULL RIG SALE - SWR 750X PRO BASS AMP PLUS TWO CABS. GOLIATH III & SON OF BERTHA.

£500.00 for THE ENTIRE RIG. That is a crazy price for a rig that cost well over £1K when new. A LOT of amp for the money. Comes with footswitch for the two effects (O/D, and Octave).

Great old-school rock rig. I've owned for over 10years. Well toured. Reason for sale is that it's time to move on for something lighter.

Please do get in touch if you have any questions. Not particularly interested in trades.

Cash on collection only please due to weight. Item located in Stroud, Gloucestershire.

    Thanks for looking.

  6. FOR SALE: SWR 750X PRO BASS AMP

Internal preamp's (12AX7) tube circuitry create subtle, sweet crunch or nasty growls.

The SWR 750x's included custom footswitch controls two effects (O/D + Octave). 750W RMS into 4 ohms, 850W into 2.6 ohms, 425W at 8 ohms. (Please see other ads for cabs).

Pre-master preamp out, variable-mid EQ, sidechain effects loop, effects blend control, adjustable limiter, XLR balanced out, tuner send, pull turbo, pull transparency, and speaker on/off switch provide flexibility onstage or in the studio.

Fab sounding head, well gigged and toured but has stood up to the test of time.

Really looking to sell as I'm down-sizing and looking for something lighter. Will make a great rock rig.

    19"W x 5-1/2"H x 15"D, 31 lbs.

Located in Stroud, GLOS, UK. Cash on collection only or potentially meet half way. Will not post due to weight. Viewing welcome.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
