Hahaha.... yes that switching pedal is overkill for the SB-1... it's normally used with a Digitech Jamman for looping. The PSU is surprising.... It's pretty solid and delivers good current. For the 4 pedals its good enough

Stentor unveiled its smallest ever double bass at this year’s Musikmesse. The manufacturer’s decision to make smaller versions of the instrument started with the 1/4 size bass, after high demand from teachers. The 1/16 model was a result of claims emerging that much younger musicians who wish to learn the instrument are not currently able to. This new bass is made from hand carved solid spruce, smaller machine heads and measurements made precisely to scale. Italian string maker Dogal was chosen to tackle the difficult problem of making strings for such a small instrument, without reducing flexibility and sound quality. It also comes with chestnut brown varnish, laminated maple back and sides and a padded rayon cover with bow and accessory pockets. The 1/16 bass will retail for around £795 and there is already a selection of other sizes available in the Stentor range.

Nah.... If it's for promotional purposes I'd look at other avenues... Flyers on tables with web/contact details. The function band I play with put pop up banners (floor standing) all over the place at corporate and wedding gigs. This is more visible to the punters and it doesn't look sh*t on stage. I think if it's an originals band then the backdrop is the way to go

I think you really need to go try a few amps out for yourself as then you will only discover exactly what your looking for....

Yeah it does depend on the tone you're after..... I tried all of the above but the GK MB2 500 won hands down for me on tone.... seemed to have much more body than the others for my needs... this was through Aguilar 112 cabs
