    Throwing this out to the masses, just wondering if anyone with a Ric 4003 can try it in a mono guitar sleeve (you know like if you just happen to have these 2 random unrelated items lying around) got the bass sleeve and I'm thinking man this has gotta be close in the guitar version Also love my Ric, strung with Chromes and sounds huge, really thuddy and thick. Moving it currently to be my main instrument.

    To bump this, how have you got on Wilco? I'm looking for a case for my Rickenbacker but want to keep it all as light as possible, the Armadillo has all I need, but I do tend to walk around with my bass on my back for long distances, so any insight would be great

    Sold as not working or for parts, it actually works but one side is much louder than the other, I was told that this evens out the bass and treble sides. I'm not convinced, it's either faulty or I just don't like the sound of it, either way both my double basses are currently fitted with Realist Copperheads so I don't need it. But please note, no returns, sold as described, you can plug it in tap it and the sound comes through, I only ever lightly stuck it to my double bass and got sound through, never went professionally fitted (maybe it would have helped) but just never dug/was concerned about above issues/one side being louder than the other.
