  1. Sure! https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ja7875wx8j4h68y/AADkkt_u2fJJrwRhRGRTh5l4a?dl=0 If you need something specific, let me know
  2. Very true. I remember playing all of them on Denmark St few years ago, and I was blown away by quality, low action, resonance, balance - everything is perfect with those
  3. It is! Reminds me of Dire Straits (which I love!)

I have 2 of them (vintage) for sale if you want! They are in the classifieds section here on bc
  5. GLWTS, brother. This looks FANTASTIC.
  6. Exactly, Paul! - the B15N is not about volume and efficiency. The sound comes from a raw designed amp and contruction of a cab with low-power rated speaker. Hope you're safe too! Nice chat to you, always, and lots of help from your side. thanks so much!
  7. I had like 30 B15N's in my life. Those all "official upgrade" speakers ampeg offered for B15 (JBL, Altec and EV [in the late 70s]) were "hi-fi" upgrades with extended clarity and upper frequency spectrum so that's why it may sound "thin" to your ears at first. They handled more power and they were cleaner. B15Ns preamp has broad tone control, so you can easily dial the high end back... I had them all, I love JBL and Altecs they have something special and wide in the tone (I don't care for EV's), but in the end I still prefer the square magnet CTSs and early Jensens (both sounding equally dark, farty and creamy).
  8. I'm thinking.... but maybe you want some Ampeg stuff? B15N? I.m 2,5hrs drive from you.

  10. I don't think so. The Chicago Music Exchange and others dropped the certificates this year and I think I saw article about it on Reverb that it's not needed anymore.
  11. I think CITIES CERT. is not needed anymore since 1st Jan 2020.
  12. Reduced: £900+shipping. Sorry, not a pound less
  13. Just *a bit* different. I think KT88 sounds better when pushed with bass to high overdrive, EL34 has the most beautiful cleans I've ever heard in a bass amp. I think putting there 6CA4/KT77 will lead you to "in between of that" in this amp.
  14. Which tubes are you using for bass? KT77s? Have you modified it for variable bias pot?
