5. I think a nurse might be more appropriate
6. Our rhythm gittard actually owns a Washburn of the same ilk , and i found it a pain in the buttockial region when i tried it. It hung at a completely different point to where my headed basses hang, and so i found i was playing the wrong frets at first, thinking my fretting hand was at the same position as it normally was. And the lack of headstock freaked me for a bit. I'm sure if i played one for longer, i'd get used to it cosmetically and functionally and of course, they are popular with many bassists, including other headless axes like the beautiful Statuses Call it a lack of talent and unable to adapt, but i couldnt hack it ... my bad !
7. As if by magic..

10.
Personally I find a thumb pick *much* more awkward than a normal plectrum.
What doesnt suit some might suit someone else, though. And Dave has not been shaped by using a pick before, so he is fresh to the idea. A thumb pick my be just what needs. Or it could be a disaster - who knows. There's nothing to say that cos you dont get on one with one, neither will he. Suck it and see . Matron
11. If a thumb pick is too awkward ( you wont know till you try one ) and you find you need to use a regular pick that you have to grip, then hows about putting some double sided tape on it ? PS Standlake ..thats like the the Australian bush isn't it ?
12. In the miniscule metroplis of Witney
13. And that upper horn - carved out of an old bag lady's big toe nail ?
14. Less likely to drop it, obviously, and will stop that thumb ache from over gripping The only weird bit is that they want £1.50 to deliver something costing £1.30
15. It hasn't sold yet - shock horror probe
16. This is what you need - a thumb pick Get it from here... http://www.stringsdirect.co.uk/accessories-c2/picks-plectrums-c50/jim-dunlop-jim-dunlop-white-plastic-single-guitar-thumb-pick-medium-9002r-p5205/s5247?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=jim-dunlop-white-plastic-single-guitar-thumb-pick-medium-9002r-jd9002r&utm_campaign=product%2Blisting%2Bads&gclid=CKKupJGmt8sCFRBmGwodHgAOvQ

21. They should be issued with a roll of Andrex , but every time i've heard one, they sound the asbo lute puppie's conkers
22. They seem to make a fair range of pedals, yet have left out Octavers and E.Filters
23. SIT Silencers - they feel like a chrome, though not quite as smooth, but near as dammit They give a tad more bite than chromes, which is why i use them on my fretless.
24. One of these. 150kg and under £20 and they fold almost flat. They take up less room than a folding upright sack truck type Best £19 ever spent http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-FLAT-PLATFORM-TROLLEY-WHEELED-SACK-TRUCK-CART-PALLET-FOLDING-HANDLE-150KG-/171938986722?hash=item28085cbae2:g:D0AAAOSwPc9W2A3p
25. RB40's on my fretteds and SIT Silencers on the fretless I'm happy enough, especially since i snagged 3 sets of RB40's for £7 a pack. Never seen them at that prce before that or since then. Shame
