    i have tried in vain to get away from rickenbackers , i just can not do it!!! another one on the way, will be here today, i dont know what it is about those basses they keep me coming back, any one else have this addiction ?? cheers

    i owned this bass and it sounded great with the badass and the emg pickups, nice solid tone and easy to play neck.

    hi guys a feeler for selling this precision, i purchased this a few days ago trying to get away from rics!!!! i have came to the conclusion i am a ric player and thats that!!! cant get used to the stretch on the frets on the precision, i am actually in pain playing this thing!!, i purchased it a few days ago cost me a grand would sell for £850 if anyone is interested. its a 2011 american precision olympic white with maple board comes with the skb flight case and candy. its a great sounding bass just not for me. **** WITHDRAWN ***** george 01294 604281

    i am a huge rush fan also, the time machine concert was good at glasgow, but geddy lee now struggles to sing the old material, and to be honest he would be better off not doing it now. the price of tickets for the forth coming concerts in the uk are just over the top, it is just too much for most people, it,s not just the ticket price of course it is travelling , food ,drink, etc etc... it all adds up to a very expensive night. i for one will not be going, i just can not justify those kind of prices for a crap seat at the s.e.c.c., which sounds crap anyway, better off staying home and watching a rush dvd.

    i can vouch for the playability and tone of this bass i owned it before torvic, it was an incredible bass to play, and a fantastic range of tones and not bad looking either.

    hi chrismuzz, thats the last of them now mate, i had a few from previous years, i dont gig now and there is no point in rickenbacker,s sitting in a house doing nothing!! these basses should be played. this is the last one now, no more left lol, this bass just sounds amazing, you have to play it to appreciate how good it is, i had about 3 new ones they just didn,t sound that good to be honest, if i was in the market to buy a ric, i would not buy a new one , they look nice, but don,t have the tone in my opinion. cheers george
