I purchased this bass in sept as it was the only decent sounding ric i could find, it came straight from the Rickenbacker rep, i wanted a jetglo!!! jetglo is my favorite finish, so i have found a decent sounding older jetglo, so letting the mapleglo go now, its a fantastic sounding ric and i am still in two minds whether to let it go, it is basically brand new. so if you are after a new ric, save yourself a few hundred pounds. cheers George

Dave, it is usually the other way round for the pickup output, all ricks have a low output on the neck pickup compared to the bridge pickup, most folk would increase the height of the individual poles on the neck pick up, they introduced that in 2006, they can be adjusted easily with a hex key. cheers George
