2. Real Electronics are the UK licensed servicing and parts. Ring them up tell them the serial number of the amp and they will next day you a new speaker I can t remember how much mine cost. I've used them 4 or 5 times You can fit it yourself, 8 screws and some push on connectors easy job
3.
You shouldn't need to seal it before spraying. All you need is a clean, smooth finish sanded down with the finest paper you can get. I sometimes go down to a 3200 grit, but 1500 might be ok. Then you need a good quality lacquer. You could try Danish oil. I've not used it but others like it. I usually use spray lacquer. If you're stuck I can do it if you mail it to me.
Another issue I have is I live in a flat and have no garden and can't spray in the house for obvious reasons...so I think I'm stuck if you'd be up for it I would love to have it done by someone that is way wiser than me. I have a fresh can of spray lacquer which I can send if its any use?
4. Btw i have since done some wet & dry on the built up areas. I haven't used sanding sealer either, would this make lacquering no possible?
5. So I stripped off the purple poly finish and decided to have an attempt at staining the wood, it looks ok for a first attempt. I have filled the black areas in with spray paint to make sure its black but now it needs lacquering but I have no clue where to start to get a good result. Can anybody give me advice or even someone that is capable of doing it for me? Cheers Mike

14. I purchased a Barefaced S12 from Beely, great guy to deal with, I manage to get first dibs and he held it for me to sort out cash. Well packed and sent next day before 12 Would deal with again without hesitating
15. Paul Simons Graceland has been all I've been listening to at work today, Bakithi has amazing tone and technique so I though I'd share this for all! Turn it up load and soak it up! http://youtu.be/OMJbJJldSNw

20.
Wow that's a hell of an offer mrn1989 - thanks very much - but it hasn't actually got my bass in it at the moment, so its not a total disaster. the case is open, but the locking catch is actually clamped down in the locked position, so i can't open or close that particular lock rather than the whole case. I never use the key but the mechanism inside seems to have slipped into a locked position. i guess its just as easy for me to pop to a local music shop which has them in stock and see if one key fits all in the style of a MkII Ford Cortina.
Its ok no probs, hope you get it sorted. Hiscox sent me a free replacement handle for an old case, there good guys!
21. I can tell you when I get home from work as I have 2 hiscox and 1 key. If it does and you promise to send it back I could post the key to you and then you could send back?
22. Purchasing pm sent
23. Both available for sale as the cab I'm after has just come up
