  1. All PM's replied, updated listing.
  2. Cheers Lee-Man they are indeed great basses. And highly underrated, probably because there aren’t that many out there and very rare to come up on the second hand market. This one is pretty much immaculate. And I’m fantastic wood finishes. The pick guard is even made from wood! The electronics are also sublime.
  3. Cracking bass, fantastic spec. Sivcak is an incredible builder. I believe it’s a roasted and rubbed neck. The photos don’t quite do it justice. The pick ups are now upgraded to Nordstrands, and there’s a spare black pearlescent pick guard with it too!
  4. I’m certainly interested. Thank you.
  5. Located Folkestone, Kent, UK.
  6. Thanks Harry, it’s a great bass at an incredible price. Some one’s going to get lucky with this one. 😊
  7. A stunning 5 string super Jazz bass fully upgraded, built in 2016. It’s in excellent condition, with only some slight signs of use, from some smoothing of finish over the pickup, and some slight swirling on the back on the body - barely noticeable, very well looked after. Comes complete with gig bag an additional pick guard in black pearlescent finish and upgraded pickups. Combined new price over €2,300… So grab a bargain! Spec: Swamp Ash caliber US body. Birdseye Maple CA neck. Birdseye Maple fingerboard, 22 frets, 34” scale, 2.5mm special steel fret-wire. Hipshot ultralite 4L+1R tuners. Hipshot A style bridge with adjustable 19mm saddles. Swamp ash pick guard. Upgraded Nordstrand JB Split 5 pick ups and Mike Pope Flexcore Passive / Active Preamp with 4 band EQ; Bass, Low-Mid, High-Mid, Treble, Active/Passive, Pickup Blend, and Master Vol. Graphtech TUSQ nut 46.5mm 6 steel screw bolt on construction. 3.65kg Link to this exact bass (except the pickups have now been upgraded professionally): http://www.sollerguitars.com/index.php?option=com_flexicontent&view=item&cid=29:seria-osc&id=489:osc-ii-5-062415&lang=en The bass is located near Folkestone, Kent, UK. Free local pick up, or happy to ship insured in mainland UK for £34. Also listed for sale elsewhere. Feel free to contact me with any questions. 8. Yep, Sims would be my recommendation. (If you really want to go ahead with it).
  9. Same here. I couldn’t transition from 4 to 5’s. After settling into 6’s going back to 5’s was then really easy. For that price range a Yamaha TRBx505 is really hard to beat.
  10. I’ll even include UK mainland shipping as a Christmas treat!
  11. Fantastic looking and sounding bass! GLWTS.
  12. I fear that’s a 14 page answer, possibly without any answers.
  13. A top of the range strap from Levy’s made from highly padded black leather 3 1/2” wide in fantastic condition. Adjustable from 38” to 53”. List price £70, for grab a bargain! FREE insured shipping to UK mainland. Happy to ship to EU, just ask for a quote.
  14. Thanks for all the advice. Currently still on my 5 string EUB, but keen to take the plunge to full DB.
  15. Hi, sorry, no more gigs this year outside of Kent. More than happy to ship it fully insured though if that helps.
  16. Thanks Wilco, a great bass indeed, and very reluctant sale.
  17. Thank you. Definitely an amazing bass.
  18. Wow, sounds great. I’m definitely interested how this goes on a gig.
  19. Interesting... does the unit have a DI out, or are you running that from your board?
  20. I moved on my Big Bang in favour of the Mesa d800, though that was through A-B on Berg cabs at the time. Kept the Mesa head and love it. I’m down in Kent if you’re local...
