1. BUMPING this again. Any reasonable offer considered... still in the box. I'm still working on my house (full renovation!) and looking at the state of my hands this morning I'm not going to be playing much for a few months PM me Stu
2. Hi Matt, I use/ have used the wall hangers for both my Overwater's and have had no problems. I wouldn't worry about using them as they are well made an more than capable of holding the weight of you Progress 6. However, as you have a weighty bass I'd recommend ditching the supplied screws and depending on the version you get (mine don't have the wooden block) fit a wall plate if used on a stud wall - I used a surplus piece of mahogany. This distributes the weight across 2 or 3 studs (wooden uprights) and helps a lot if you're not that good at hitting the studs dead centre. If screwing in to brick/ stone and plaster work get the appropriate plugs, and or fixings. You have a heavy bass.... just screw it well .. ummmm Stu
3. £0000.1 then? I'd have to let you keep the 1p though
4. You wil be sold.... PM me with offers if you like.. I'm feeling generous
5. Great bass..... someone should buy this as it's wasted on Martin

13.
I know the effect you mean, the old warwick bass on the BW logo was bubinga with a sapwood centre in the same style. Did you see edition 18 of BGM? There was the UK luthier special, and they reviewed an overwater with a cocobolo top with similar sapwood, Thre was a biiger pic on their site, but I could only see this thumbnail just now:
I know this one is a bit late, but click on the link below for a large image... 16. BUMP for a great bass. If it doesn't sell soon I risk losing my house, relationship and tallywacker in pursuit of this bass So do me a favour and PM him.... Stu
17. I can vouch for Martin, great guy with a great bass. Sounds really nice and if I could justify it I'd buy it off him
18.
Nice piece of investigation - that sounds like a "no" then
More just part of the job... you'd also be running the speaker hard even at low volumes - so in reality you'd be better keeping the 350 combo 'as is' and using the 800 with a suitably spec'd cab. BTW I've owned the 350 combo and use an 800. They're both great! Stu
Don't suppose you know if the 800 head is the same size as the 350?
Euphonic Audio iAMP 350 350: 8.8cm H x 34.29cm W 28cm D Euphonic Audio iAMP 800 800:8.9cm H x 40cm W x 25.4"D
20. Just to add - I have these in my Overwater J5 and have had then in the 4 string version and think they're great! Stu
21. Still hasn't been used, or taken out of the box. I've used a friends and it's a great unit but I have no practice time due to work commitments at the moment. PM me. Stu
