5. Are these usuable for a function band playing a mixture of genres or are they more designed for rock?
 6. I have just listened back to audio from a festival I played at using this bass and it sounds to good to let go so this has now been withdrawn. thanks for everyone that showed an interest.

 8.
Specs were 64 Jazz bass. Sea foam green, matching headstock, 60's pup positions, alder body, maple neck, rosewood board, vintage style bridge. Nobody but Mark knows exactly where the components come from, but everybody who has had a Limelight made for them seems to be pretty much in agreement that it all comes together very nicely. There is a similar Fender Custom Shop Jazz in Thomann, Sea Foam Green, light relic, matching headstock. It's just over £2900. Why did I sell? Because I got the fretboard in rosewood, vintage correct. I don't get on with rosewood. The only conclusion that can be made is that I'm stupid This is a truly wonderful bass in so many ways.
Thanks Karl
 9. It was built to the Specs of Karlfer (who is a valued member on these boards) who was the original owner and got it as a custom build from Mark who builds the limelight basses. So if he is reading this maybe he could chip in. Sorry can't be if anymore help. Dave
