5. Hi, Please buy this quickly so as I dont change my mind again!!!!!!! I have decided to sell my DJ4. i have just fitted a j-retro to this and have gigged it once with the j-retro fitted. This is an amazing sounding bass and nails that classic jazz bass sound. Resaon I am selling I am really into the pbass sound more now so this bass is not getting played,it deserves to get played and be seen and be loved its beeeautiful!!!! Comes with fret FX leds which can be removed if its not your thing. The J-retro is brand new so I think maybe a fair price to include j-reto would be £750.00 this also includes a stag case. I will take paypal although fees would need to be split and I will post from Northern Ireland for £25.00. Not interested in trades Sorry guys!! Thanks for looking dont let me change my mind this time!!!!!! LOL Oh and for the eagle eyed among you the pictures were taken before the J-retro was fitted but you are all big boys and know what a j-retro looks like right? LOL LOL have just noticed has put pictures in sideways ...... maybe a mod could fix this as I have tried and give up....They are saved right way up on my PC...........
  6.
Just a quick query - would this fit a Lakland Skyline JO?
Truthful answer is I dont know mate. Maybe some of our more knowledgable BC'ers could through some light onto this. dave
  7. Hi, At this stage this is purely a feeler to see if there is any interest as wont be available for 3-4 weeks. I have just ordered a Lakland Joe Osborn replacment neck for my Bob Glaub bass. I am on medication for my heart condition which unfortunatley the side affects now result in me getting pins and needles in my hands and I am now having difficulty playing a wider radius neck for prolonged periods. Therefore is anyone interested in a maple Lakland skyline BG neck with maple board minimal fret ware and no dings?. I dont know at this stage weither machine heads will be included waiting on the guys at Lakland to confirm this. Prob looking £175.00 incl delivery for this if any one wants a change from fretless to fretted or from rosewood to maple heres your chance. Cheers Guys!!!

I have lost the box and manual but can be downloaded from Sadowsky site if you need one...it only has 3 knobs so not hard to figure out lol. 14.
I've played this bass folks. It's really well made and feels very high quality - which it clearly is. The looks are killer as well. I would have bought it except for the past 20+ years, something keeps me away from Precision style basses. If I was ever to buy a P bass thouigh, this would be the one. Someone buy it ! Frank PS. I'm not on commission for the sale either
Thanks for the kind words Frank!!!!! Bass is now sold pending the usual.. Dave
  15.
Hi, Lakland Skyline Bob glaub natural with maple board and aged mint green pick guard. Bass is as new. Thinking of letting this go as since I bought my hot rodded p bass through this forum it aint getting played. Comes with Blue Led fret markers from fret FX. Looking for £550.00 excluding shipping ....no hardcase but will include gig bag. Cheers Dave
bump and now on e-bay
  16. At this stage due to the lack of interest in my other two listings this is just a feeler. If there is genuine interest shown I will put pics on this post and see where it leads. For sale I have my Godin A4. there a few marks on it but purley cosmetic, they cant be seen without really looking for them. These are currently retailing around at chepeast £700-800 at the moment. This is without doubt the best sounding electro acoustic I have ever heard. why Am I selling??? I have real bad gas for a Bolin NS with the piezo pick-up system so need to fund it some way. The A4 will come with Godin gig bag. Looking for £475.00 excluding shipping to mainland UK ( I live in Northern Ireland). So any interest? Dave
  17. Bought this on a whim ....great sounding bass plays real nice. If you are looking for an alternative to an acoustic electro here you go. Only reason I am selling is I keep going back to my Godin A4. The bass is immaculate I have gigged it twice only and its been in its gigbag ever since. I paid £359.00 plus delivery. First person to give me £275.00 plus delivery can take it off my hands. Will be well packaged for posting. Pure acoustic tone from the Piezo bridge pickup can give you all the sonic warmth of a double bass, all the way through to amazing highs for funk and slap. The mahogany chambered body adds to the depth of the sound while also making the instrument lighter (easier on shoulders during those marathon gigs). Materials: Body: Mahogany Chambered Top: Soft Maple Neck: Hard Maple, Bolt-On Fingerboard: Rosewood Electrics: Pickups: Piezo Controls: 1 x Vol, 2 x EQ Knobs Hardware: Machine heads: Italia Die-Cast Bridge: Wooden With Piezo Measurements: Number of frets: 22 Fingerboard Radius: 304/12" Neck profile: Italia "C" Scale length: 864MM/34" Width at nut: 42.5MM/1.680"
  18. Have decided after a lot of soul searching that this has to go . It is very much for sale. No trades cash only...paypal accepted. Looking £550.00 EXCLUDING SHIPPING no hardcase but gigbag included and will be well packaged for postage. Expect postage to be around £20.00. This bass is immaculate no marks or dings any where.......... my sad loss will be someones gain. Cheers Dave
  19.
Can those LEDs be removed without scarring the bass?
yes sean thay can be removed quiet easily and there is no harm done to the bass what so ever. Dave
